摘要
南水北调江都三站加固改造工程自动化系统包括微机监控和测控保系统,采用了冗余、PLC、微机测控保、智能传感器等技术,在传统参数检测的基础上增加了泵站主机组的转速、振动、摆度及出水流道真空度的检测,为泵站的实时检测和安全运行提供了数据参考。微机测控保系统针对泵站的反转发电功能进行了改进,通过压板来切换抽水或发电运行方式下的保护定值区。系统可供同类泵站自动化设计、管理人员参考。
The automatic system of reinforcement project for the third station of Jiangdu pumping station of the south-to-north water diversion project consists of computer monitoring system and measurement-control-protection system by microcomputer.The system employs redundancy design,PLC,technology of measurement-controlprotection by microcomputer,intelligent sensors.Besides traditional parameters detection,new functions for detecting rotation speed,vibration,throw and outflow channel vacuity of pump station main set has also been added to the system.The new functions provide data reference for real-time detection as well as safe operation.The function of inversion power generation has also been improved,section of definite value under modes of pumping or generating operation can be switched over through a pressure plate.The system can offer a reference for similar pumping station automation design and administration.
