摘要
本文结合1Cr11Co3W3NiMoVNbNB钢的生产数据,从理论上进行了分析讨论,认为1C-r11Co3W3NiMoVNbNB钢中铬对[N]含量影响最大,可以在冶炼前期适当增加配铬量,使其全分析样控制在10.40~10.80%,则无需配加含氮合金,就能满足钢种对[N]含量的要求。
Based on the production data of steel 1Cr11Co3W3NiMoVNbNB,the control on nitrogen content was theoretically analyzed and discussed.The results showed that the chromium in steel 1Cr11Co3W3NiMoVNbNB maximally affected on the nitrogen content.In earlier stage of melting,the chromium-adding amount could be increased appropriately to make the chromium aimed at the limits of 10.4~10.8 in the total analysis sample,so the requirement on nitrogen content could be met without adding nitrogen bearing alloy.
