摘要
详细分析了旋转机械不对中的故障机理与特征,提出了其故障原因是在设计、制造、安装、操作、状态恶化等情况中产生的,由此给出了旋转机械转子不对中的故障诊断方法,应用在实例中的改进措施对主减速机进行了定位加固处理、对三联箱底座用钢板加工成斜铁、对三联箱底座下面四周进行调整到三联箱中心线标高与主机列中心线标高误差达到设计标准,达到了理想效果。
Mechanism and feature about malfunction of misalignment in rotary rotor was analyzed in detail,and the reasons for the malfunction during the design,manufacture,installation,operation and deterioration were proposed in this paper,so the fault detection methods were found.Improvement actions in application,including location reinforcement for the main reduction motor,slide wedge machining of steel plate for double sockets box base,and adjustment for the double sockets box base meeting the design standards,have achieved desirable effect.
