摘要
汽车质心高度测量过程中,引起测量误差的因素较多,为了弄清误差来源,提高测量数据的可信度,在特定假设条件成立的前提下,文章运用质量反应法对质心高度计算公式进行了推导,得到了通用公式。当前后轮静力半径相等时,该公式可以简化为国标给定公式。通过实车测量,并对质心高度按2种公式分别计算,比较2次计算结果的偏差,结果显示,在测量前置、前驱等前后轮静力半径不同的车辆时,更适合采用通用公式计算质心高度。
In the process of measuring the height of vehicles' center of gravity, there are a lot factors resulted in measurement error. In order to find out the error sources and improving the reliability, the general formula is re-derived and gained by using the mass reaction method. When the static radius of front wheel equals to that of the rear, the formula can be simplified as the one provided by the national standard. Measured by real vehicle, difference is existed when using two formulas to calculate the height, and it shows that the general formula is well suitable for measuring front-mount engine front wheel drive vehicles with different front and rear static radius.
