摘要
在详细阐述了1080MW核电汽轮机高中压外缸水压试验工装设计及应用的基础上,该文对水压试验的关键工装设计和重要工艺进行了分析研究、对工装装配中的难点提出了解决方案,探索并总结了一套适合核电高中压外缸水压试验的工装设计、装配及水压试验过程控制的工艺方法,为东汽以后核电产品水压试验的工装设计及应用奠定了基础。
On the basis of describing the design and application research on Hydraulic test tool for HIP casing of nuclear steam turbine output 1080MW in detail, the article analyzes and studis the design of key tool for hydraulic test and key manufacturing procedure, to provide one solution tool design, tool assembly and procedure control for difficulties of tool assembly, to explore and sum up one set of method for hydraulic test, to lay a foundation of hydraulic test tool design and application for future nuclear power products in DTC
