摘要
高校行政管理人员的绩效管理相对而言是个薄弱环节,现行高校行政管理人员绩效管理具有明显的主观性、随意性和盲目性,应从明确岗位职责、确定绩效目标、完善考评体系、强化日常监督、重视考评结果的反馈与运用等方面加以改进。
The college administration staff performance management is relatively weak for its subjectivity,arbitrariness and blindness.It can be improved by identifying responsibilities and performance goals,improving the appraisal system,strengthening routine supervision,focusing on the feedback and appliance of evaluation results.
