摘要
通过对东莞图书馆进行实地考察学习,认识到东莞图书馆倾力打造全民共享的图书馆的成功实践,诠释了宗旨明确、服务为先,政府支持、基础夯实,以人为本、重在创新的成功精髓,为新时期少数民族地区图书馆建设发展提供了借鉴思路和举措。
Through the study to Dongguan Library in Guangdong province,we learn the successful practice which they try their best to build.The article explains depending on the government＇s support;advocating the first service and people-oriented,emphasizing the innovation,those provide a reference to the ideas and initiatives for the development of libraries in the ethnic minority areas.
