摘要
基于巴克豪森效应,提出了一种钢板空气隙缺陷无损检测的方法。根据趋肤效应,改变交变磁场的频率对钢板进行逐层扫描检测,通过检测在不同激励频率下钢板表面接收到的巴克豪森信号,分析信号扫频曲线是否出现拐点,从而实现对钢板内空气隙缺陷的检测。对Q235钢板试样进行缺陷检测实验,结果表明该方法可实现对钢板内部空气隙缺陷的检测和定位。
A nondestructive detection method for steel plate defects is presented based on Barkhausen effect.According to the skin effect,the defects of ferromagnetic material in serial different layer can be detected by using a frequency-changeable driving magnetic field.By observing the values of Barkhausen noise in different frequency,the inflection point of Barkhausen sweep curve is analysed for detecting the defects.The experiment results show that the air interstice defects of Q235 steel plate can be detected by using this method.
