复合外掺料高性能混凝土的氯离子扩散性能 被引量:13

摘要 为研究复合矿物外掺料对高性能混凝土抗氯离子扩散性能的影响,分别制备单掺、双掺及三掺矿物外掺料的高性能混凝土试件,通过开展6 h快速氯离子扩散实验(ASTM C1202),测试高性能混凝土中不同深度处的总氯离子和自由氯离子的含量,并据此计算不同深度处固化氯离子的含量。实验结果表明,复合掺加粉煤灰、硅灰和矿渣的高性能混凝土的6 h电通量最少,且其内部的总氯离子和自由氯离子含量最低,具有最佳抗氯离子扩散能力;复合掺加矿物外掺料可以提高混凝土中固化氯离子的比例,降低混凝土结构中钢筋的锈蚀概率,延长其服役寿命。 The influence of compound admixture on chloride diffusion in high-performance concrete(HPC) was investigated.The distribution of the total and free chloride in HPC specimens with compound admixture was determined after 6 h ASTM C1202 experimentation,and the distribution of the bound chloride was studied.The experimental results show that the chloride diffusion resistance and durability of the HPC with fly ash,blast furnace slag and silica fume are better than those with fly ash and silica fume and those with fly ash only.The proportion of the bound chloride to the total chloride in concrete can be increased by mixing compound admixture with concrete,which extends the service life of concrete structures.
