摘要
制备了固体鸡蛋黄(HEY)及其固载四(4-甲氧基)苯基铁卟啉Fe T(4-CH3O)PP催化剂,用傅立叶红外吸收光谱(FT-IR)技术对其进行表征,并研究催化剂催化氧气氧化乙醇选择性生成乙醛和乙酸的能力。在同等催化反应条件下,固体鸡蛋黄及其固载铁卟啉催化剂的催化能力分别为:乙醇的转化率:15.01%和16.46%,主要产物的摩尔产率:8.60%和11.15%。结果表明:鸡蛋黄四(4-甲氧基)苯基铁卟啉的催化能力比鸡蛋黄的高。其原因可能是固载的金属卟啉和鸡蛋黄中的卵黄高磷金属蛋白协同进行催化作用。
Solid Hen Egg-Yolk(HEY) and Fe T(4-CH3O)PP/Hen egg-yolk catalyst were prepared and characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy techniques.Their catalytic performances of the solid hen egg-yolk and the supported catalyst for selective oxidation of ethanol to acetaldehyde and acetic acid using O2 were investigated and compared with each other under the same reaction conditions.The two heterogeneous catalytic systems respectively gave about 15.0% and 16.5% ethanol conversion at 8.60% and 11.15%(mol/mol) yields.Under optimal reaction conditions,the total mole percent(aldehyde + acetic acid) for the ethanol oxidation catalyzed by the Fe T(4-CH3O)PP/Hen egg-yolk catalyst was better than that of the pure hen-egg yolk.The reason may be the co-interaction between the supported Fe T(4-CH3O)PP and the phosvitin to promote the catalysis for the ethanol oxidation.
