摘要
对N2的放电过程进行数值分析,采用粒子的连续性方程,并耦合泊松方程构建了N2流注放电流体模型,应用有限元法对其求解,获得了平板(间隙为5 mm)电极流注放电过程动态特性。
This paper makes numerical analysis of N2's discharge process,establishes fluid model of N2 streamer discharge by adopting particle's continuity equation together with coupling Poisson equation,solves the model by applying finite element and obtains dynamic characteristic of plate-electrode(interval is 5mm) N2,streamer discharge.
