分析了铝及铝合金熔炼过程中搅拌工艺的重要意义及人工搅拌的不足;详细介绍了电磁搅拌电气控制系统及控制原理。对其重要控制:交-交变频从理论上进行推导,并通过原理图进行分析;对电磁搅拌系统出现的一些典型故障进行分析探讨;总结了电磁搅拌的工作特点和优良性能。
The importance of stirring process in aluminum and aluminum alloy melting process and the shortcoming of hand stirring were analyzed.Electric control system and control principle for electromagnetic stirring system were introduced in detail.Some common default existed in electromagnetic stirring system were analyzed and discussed.The operation characteristic and excellent performances are summarized.
