摘要
新生代农民工市民化是其心理行为适应城市文化的过程。从文化心理学的角度,了解其市民化的表现,探究其市民化的动机,分析其市民化的影响因素,有助于对新生代农民工市民化有更深刻的理解,以促进我国城市化和现代化的建设。
New generation of the peasant workers＇ citizenization is a process that they adapt for urban culture in side of psychology and behaviors.This paper researchs on the performance,motivation,influencing factors of new generation of peasant workers＇ citizenization from the viewpoint of culture psychology,which is conducive to push ahead with our country＇s urbanization and modernization.
