摘要
为使基层学校的校本培训能更加有效地促进中小学教师的专业化成长,中国教育学会教育机制研究分会"十一五"规划课题《校本培训与中小学教师专业化成长研究》课题组对基层学校校本培训及教师专业化发展现状进行了以资料研究、调查问卷以及访谈等方法为主的调查研究,通过分析、比较、鉴别,对基层学校校本培训现状进行了较全面的评析,提出了一些问题,设想了一些对策,旨在为开展校本培训工作的同行提供有益的经验。
In order to promote primary and secondary school teachers' professional development more effectively by basic-level schools' school-based training,this paper explores the current situation of basic-level schools' school-based training and teachers' professinal development by data analysis,questionaire,and interview.Through analysis,comparison and identification,an overall analysis of the current situation of basic-level schools' school-based training is made and some problems and countermeasures are proposed to provide reference for the trade who will develop school-based training.
