摘要
针对当前教师职后技能培训的滞后问题,通过实地参与、调查、研究,认为要提高培训实效,必须大胆创新培训模式,在管理上狠下功夫,保证培训质量,从而促进教师技能的提高。
For the current laggard problem of professional skills training of the Post-service teachers,through investigation and study,this paper holde that itis necessary to innovate training model to enhance the effectiveness of the training and make vigorous efforts on management to ensure the quality of the training that can contribute to the improvement of teacher skills.
