摘要
泡沫沥青冷再生稳定材料作为一种新型的道路建筑材料，必须从泡沫沥青再生路面材料的设计、施工、养护等环节上下功夫，做到合理地设计、正确地施工、适时地养护，而这其中设计是先导，因此路面材料设计是其中最重要的环节。
The paper mainly discussed the design, construction and maintenance of recycling pavement materials for foamed bitumen.
