摘要
采用交流阻抗、交流伏安、塔菲尔以及动电位线性扫描等方法研究了不同银含量的铅酸蓄电池用铅钙锡铝板栅合金的电化学性能。实验结果表明:添加少量的银能提高合金的耐腐蚀能力,降低阳极膜的阻抗,抑制PbO膜的生长,抑制电极的阳极腐蚀,缓解蓄电池的早期容量损失。此外,银的最佳含量应少于0.05%。
Electrochemical performances of Pb-Ca-Sn-Al grid alloy with different contents of silver were investigated by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,alternating current voltammetry,Tafel curve and potentiodynamic linear sweeping.The results indicate that the addition of small amount of silver can increasecorrosion resistance,decrease impedance of corrosion film,and inhibit the growth of PbO film and anodic corrosion of Pb-Ca-Sn-Al alloy,which is favorable for easing PCL-1 phenomenon.What's more,the optimum content of silver should be less than 0.05 %.
