酸菜中乳酸菌的筛选与初步鉴定

Screening and identification of lactic acid bacteria from pickled cabbage

摘要 采用乳酸菌分离培养基,从不同时期的酸菜汁中分离出三株溶钙圈较大的乳酸菌,通过形态特征、生理生化反应初步鉴定为乳杆菌属. Three strains of lactic acid bacteria were screened from pickled cabbage with selective media of lactic acid bacteria.Based upon morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics,these strains were identified as Lactobacillus.
