摘要
采用索氏提取法、超声法和超声-微波协同萃取法分别对山楂叶中的金丝桃苷进行提取,在波长363 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃的条件下,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(48:52:1)为流动相,测定了不同提取方法提取液中的金丝桃苷;根据所得色谱图和金丝桃苷峰面积的大小比较了三种方法的提取效果.结果表明,超声-微波协同萃取法的提取效果最好.
Soxhlet extraction,ultrasonic extraction and ultrasonic and microwave assisted extraction were used to extract the hyperoside in hawthorn leaves.High performance liquid chromatography was used to determinate the hyperoside in hawthorn leaves with the optimal chromatographic conditions:methanol-water-acetic acid(48:52:1) as mobile phase,wavelength 363 nm,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,column temperature 30℃.The comparison of chromatogram and peak area of hyperoside indicated that ultrasonic and microwave assisted extraction was the best among three methods.
