农村居民点用地整理分区研究——以济阳县为例

Studying on Zoning of Rural Residential Land Consolidation——As an Example to Jiyang County

以济阳县为例,以乡镇为单位,对农村居民点整理潜力及可行性进行分析,并根据农村居民点整理增加耕地系数、综合可行性系数和区位条件,采用层次筛选法,将农村居民点用地整理分区划分为四类:优先整理区、生态型整理区、布局调整区和适度整理区.研究结果可为济阳县农村建设用地整理规划以及土地利用总体规划提供参考.

Taking Jiyang County as an example and the township as a unit,this paper analyzed the consolidation potential and feasibility in rural residential land.It divides the rural residential land into four types based on the coefficient of increase in cultivated land,comprehensive feasibility and location factors：prior consolidation area, ecological consolidation area,adjustment layout area and moderate consolidation area.The method employed in this paper will provide reference for land consolidation in rural areas and overall land use planning.
