润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪及赛庚啶治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效

Effect of runzaozhiyang capsule combined with levocetirizine and cyproheptadine to treat patients with chronic urticaria

目的:探讨润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪及赛庚啶治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组43例,采用润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪及赛庚啶治疗;对照组37例,采用盐酸左西替利嗪治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为90.7%,对照组为62.2%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:润燥止痒胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪及赛庚啶治疗慢性荨麻疹近期疗效较好。

Aim： Clinical research of runzaozhiyang capsule combined with levocetirizine and cyproheptadine in the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria.Methods： Eighty patients with chronic urticaria were randomized into treatment group and control group.The 43 patients in treatment group took Runzaozhiyang capsules and levocetirizine and cyproheptadine.The 37 patients in control group took Levocetirizine.Both treatment and the control group received 4 weeks treatment.Results： The effect rate in treatment group was 90.7%,the control group 62.2%.There was a significant difference between the two group.Conclusion： Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with Levocetirizine and cyproheptadine can treat patients with chronic urticaria effectively and safely.
