摘要
农村教师的发展更加需要关注。通过问卷、访谈等方式对农村中小学教师继续教育课程实施情况与需求进行调研,发现农村中小学教师继续教育课程实施与学生的需求、教师继续教育目标仍有较大的差距,农村中小学教师对课程理论与新课程的理解不透彻。因此应该设立农村教师异地交换学习与培训制度,改善农村中小学教师继续教育课程实施空间;完善课程开发机制,系统规划各类课程;强化与深化课程理论培训。
More atttention needs to be paid to the development of rural teacher.By questionnaire and interview,we find that there still exists greater gap between continued education curriculum implementation for the rural middle-primary school teacher and their demand,and the goal of teacher continued education;and that the rural teacher do not understand thoroughly curriculum theory and new course.So,there are some advice put forward in this paper: setting up learning and training system in exchange with another district;perfecting curriculum development mechanism to design various courses;strengthening and deepening curriculum theory learning.
