摘要
吏政改革是高拱主持隆庆改革的重要内容之一。隆庆三年至六年高拱执政期间,针对嘉靖中期以后吏政败坏的严峻局势,大刀阔斧地进行了一系列挽刷颓风、振兴朝政的改革,在用人之制、考核之制、奖惩之制等方面都进行了大幅度整治,成效卓然。高拱的吏政改革不仅刷新了明代吏政,为明代人事制度掀开了新的一页,而且也为其后张居正的改革奠定了基础,开启了隆(庆)万(历)大改革之先河,在明代历史上占有重要地位。
The government official politics reform is one of the important contents of the Longqing Reform managed by Gao Gong.The three years under Longqing's control,when Gao Gong was in power,he carried out a series of reforms aiming at the stern situation caused by Jiajing,in the aspects of personnel system,inspection system,rewards and punishment system,all with remarkable results.This government official politics reform not only refurbished Ming Dynasty government official politics,lifted the new page for the Ming Dynasty personnel system,but also laid a solid foundation for Zhang Juzheng′s reform afterwards,and set a milestone of Longqing Wanli Reform.It held an important position in the history of Ming Dynasty.
