传统的库存管理包括两个基本的问题:从供应商处进行订货的数量以及订购的时间点的确定。但是在现在竞争越来越大的商业环境下,库存问题也变得越来越复杂,涉及到存货地点、运输方式等,这对于库存决策者是一个挑战。定量订购的EOQ方法的广泛应用已经证明它是一个有效的库存管理工具。根据运输形式选择的不同对基本EOQ模型进行了调整并应用,这种解决问题的思路可以为物流管理者作决策提供一定的参考。

Traditional inventory management includes the two fundamental questions： the number of goods ordering from suppliers and the time point of ordering determination.However,in the current increasing competition business environment,inventory problems become more complex,involving inventory location,transportation forms option,etc.This inventory is a challenge to policy makers.Quantitative ordering method EOQ has been widely used to prove that it is an effective inventory management tool.In this text,the basic EOQ model is adjusted according to different forms option and applied,this way of problem-solving ideas can provide logistics managers some reference to make decisions.
