摘要
分析了浙江信息学院目前存在的供应链关系和合作模式,这些模式主要包括内部计划合作模式、客户关系管理模式、合作共赢模式等。通过对这些模式和合作关系的分析,旨在探讨这些模式及合作关系的主要特点,既有的优势以及存在的不足,并指出了需要改进的方面和未来的发展方向。对于学院根据自身优势重新合理定位,更好地整合和利用现有资源,起到了一定指导和借鉴意义。
This thesis analyzes supplying chain relationships and cooperation model of Zhejiang information institute.These models include mode of cooperation within the scheme,customer relationship management,and win-win cooperation mode.Through analyzing the cooperation between these models,we want to explore the main features of these models,both the advantages and disadvantages,and to point out respects of improvement and directions about future development.For repositioning to Zhejiang information institute accorded to its own superiorities,integrating and using of existed resources,this paper has some guidance and reference for.
