摘要
我国国有资产流失现象非常严重,建立国有资产公益诉讼制度是保护国有资产的重要途径。我国国有资产公益诉讼制度可以从扩大提起国有资产公益诉讼原告的范围、扩大国有资产公益诉讼的受案范围、设置行政前置程序、恰当分配举证责任、解决好诉讼费用问题、建立有效的激励机制等方面进行构建。
The outflow of state asset in China is serious,construction on the system of state asset public lawsuit is the important way of protecting state asset.We should pay attention to the following several aspects：expand the plaintiff＇s scope of state asset public Lawsuit;expands the case;establishment administration pretage procedure;assignment the responsibility of providing the evidence properly;deal with litigation expense;establishment the effective incentive mechanism system.
