高职院校“七位一体”学校文化建设模式探索

Exploration on"Seven-in-one"Mode of School Cultural Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校要持续发展,人才培养是关键,文化育人是高质量人才培养的必然要求。本文试图探索适合高职院校文化建设的"七位一体"模式,以校企文化互动融通为主线,建设七种学校文化载体,提升高职院校办学水平,实现高质量人才培养目标。

Talent training is the key to the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges and culture education is the necessity for training high-quality talents.In this essay,the author tries to explore the mode of＂seven-in-one＂for the cultural construction of higher vocational colleges,which takes the cultural interaction and integration among colleges and enterprises as the main line,and builds seven school cultural carriers to promote the school-running level of higher vocational colleges and to realize the goal of training high-quality talents.
