当前,很多高校在就业指导过程中比较强调其就业服务功能,重视就业指导的实用性,往往忽视了就业指导中的思想政治教育。应当从加强就业指导中思想政治教育内容的针对性、形成就业指导中思想政治教育的全程化和创新教育方式方法等方面加强大学生就业指导中的思想政治教育。

Nowadays,careers guidance emphasizes on its function as career service,focusing on its practicability instead of ideological and political education.It is necessary to make ideological and political education to the point,make it complete as a whole,and innovate its education methods,in the purpose of strengthening ideological and political education.
