人文社会科学研究是高校科学研究的重要组成部分。人文社会科学研究具有研究价值的内隐性、研究方法的主观性和评价方式的复杂性等三大特点。影响地方本科院校人文社会科学研究管理效能提高的问题,包括管理理念有待创新、评价体系有待完善、激励机制有待加强等几个主要方面。为了提升人文社会科学研究的管理效能,地方本科院校应该以革新管理理念为先导,优化管理方式;以完善激励机制为手段,充分调动人文社会科学教师的科研积极性;以评价体系的完善为杠杆,着重提高成果质量。

Humanities and social sciences research is a very important part of scientific research in local universities.It has three major characteristics： implicitness in research value,subjectivity in research method,complexity in assessment.Issues that affect management efficiency of humanities and social sciences research in local universities include three parts： management notions to be improved,assessment method to be perfected,and the incentive mechanism to be reinforced.Local universities should optimize management method by updating the notions,stimulate enthusiasm by perfecting incentive mechanism,and increase quality of humanities and social sciences research by perfecting assessment method.
