社会工作作为一项专业化的助人服务工作,其应用性、实践性取向要求社会工作专业教育的重点要落在实践教学上,注重培养学生的实际操作能力。在教学中,各高校都在积极探索实践教学的有效形式,期望培育出适应社会发展需要的高素质社会工作者。而把项目服务应用到教学中,以课题项目研究及开发的形式来指导与教育学生,培养出社会工作应用型人才是社会工作教学模式研究的重要领域和创新之处。

The social work,as a kind of professional service to help people,requires that the training for social work majors be focused on practice teaching and development of students＇ manipulative ability.In teaching,every university is actively exploring the effective ways of practice teaching to foster high quality social workers to meet the social demands.However,the important research field and innovation in social work teaching mode is to adopt the project service to teaching so as to cultivate application-oriented talents by means of researching and developing projects.
