高职文秘专业人才成长是以掌握一定的人文基础知识为必要条件,以核心知识、核心能力为主体内容,以感悟通达的学习状态为关键环节,以写做合一为最优目标。这一规律可表述为"人文基础、双核主体、感悟通达、写做合一"。教育者应在对其科学认识的基础上,因材施教,善加引导,发挥学生各方面的潜能,实现人才培养的有利、高效局面。

Talent cultivation of secretary specialty is to master certain basic knowledge of the human condition,make core knowledge and core competencies as the main body content,become aware understanding,take the feeling the study condition as the key link,and get harmony between writing and behaving as the most superior goal.This rule can be indicated as ＂the humanities foundation,the binuclear main body,the feeling becomes aware understanding,and harmony between writing and behaving＂.Educators should teach students according to their aptitude,helping students develop their potential in all aspects on the educators＇ subject knowledge and abilities,and make efforts to achieve favorable and efficient situations of personnel training.
