摘要
"主题情境性"培训模式是针对农村幼儿教师实施培训的有效方式。实施过程中要把握问题、课程、培训和评价四个阶段、十二个环节。
"theme-oriented and situational" training mode is effective for rural preschool teachers training.We should master four phases of problem,curriculum,training and evaluation and the other twelve key jobs.
