组建高校国有资产有限责任公司有其必要性,应深入研究高校国有资产经营对策,以维护国有资产的安全完整,对其进行合理配置和有效利用,以达到使国有资产保值、增值的目的。
It is necessary to set up state-owned property company limited.We should study state-owned property management measures in colleges and universities to stick up for safety and integrity of the property,to make reasonable collocation and effective employment,thus to maintain and increase the value of state-owned property.
