摘要
为了改善传统玻璃配料生产线效率低,精度不准确,消耗人力过多等缺点,提出一种SH10-3玻璃配料计算机控制系统,该系统专门是针对中小型玻璃配料生产线而设计的。自应用以来,不但提高了配料生产线上的质量和效率,同时降低成本,有效解决了传统玻璃配料系统的缺陷,为企业带来可观效益。
Ingredients of traditional glass production line efficiency is low,precision is not accurate,excessive consumption of human,in order to improve these shortcomings,this paper presents a computer control system of glass ingredients.The system is specifically aimed at small and medium production line of glass ingredients.The production line batching system has improved the quality and efficiency,while reducing cost,effective solution to the traditional glass proportioning system deficiencies,to bring considerable benefits for the enterprise.
