摘要
目的:通过建立综合评价指数,综合评价北京市老年人免费镶牙活动效果。方法:通过专家咨询、专家深访、焦点小组访谈等方法确定指标,结合现场调查构建综合评价指数指标体系,用验证性因子分析确定各级指标权重,计算北京市老年人免费镶牙活动综合评价指数。结果:393人参与调查,综合评价指数指标体系形成,各级指标权重确定,北京市老年人免费镶牙活动综合评价指数为87.74。在十八个区县中,延庆县和宣武区综合评价指数排在前两位。结论:免费镶牙活动得到了老年人的认可。
Objective：To structure composite index to assess satisfaction on free mouth rehabilitation for the elderly in Beijing.Methods：Determine indicators with Delphi,in-depth interview and focus group discussion and obtain indicators＇ weights by principal component analysis and calculate the satisfaction composite index.Results：393 senior citizens were surveyed.All indicators and weights were determined.The satisfaction composite index was 87.74.Yanjing and Xuanwu Districts ranked first and second.Conclusion：The activity of free mouth rehabilitation gained satisfaction of the aged.
