摘要
通过对传统通信方式下各种通信方案的比较分析,讨论了OPC通信技术及其在自动化立体仓库监控系统中的作用及优点.论文以某公司自动化立体仓库监控系统为例,在OPC通信技术的基础上,重点分析了此监控系统所用的数据传输方式并设计了系统数据流图.监控系统采用西门子S7-300 PLC的以太网通信模块和OPC通信方式,将下位系统纳入以太网通信系统,实现了上位监控服务器和PLC之间的稳定通信和数据传输,从而实现了对被监控对象的实时监控,取得了较好的运行效果.
After analyzing and comparing various communication programs in the traditional communication modes,both the OPC communication technology and its functions and merits in monitoring system of the AS/RS are discussed.Taking the monitoring system of a company for example,data transmission method adopted in this monitoring system is analyzed and data flow diagram is designed on the basis of the OPC communication technology.The monitoring system is consisted of Siemens S7-300 PLC Ethernet communication module and OPC communication mode.By combining the next bit system into the Ethernet communication system,the stability communication and data transmission between PC and PLC are achieved,the real-time monitoring for the monitored object is realized and the good operating results are obtained.
