摘要
以水玻璃、氯化铁、氯化铝和硫酸高铈为原料制备了聚硅酸氯化铝铁(PAFSC)与稀土复合絮凝剂.通过正交实验确定了最佳制备条件为:Al:Fe=3:1,Si:(Al+Fe)=1:1,硫酸高铈的用量为9 mL,反应时间为5 h.同时用该絮凝剂对黄河水进行了处理,发现其对浊度、色度及COD的去除有很好的效果,具有很高的应用价值.
The sodium silicate,the ferric chloride,aluminum chloride and ceric sulfate are taken as the raw materials to prepare the complex flocculating agent of polysilicate aluminum ferrite chlorise(PAFSC)and rare earth.The experimental result indicates that the best preparation condition is:the molar ratio of Al3+ and Fe3+ is 2∶1,the molar ratio of Si compared to Fe3+ and Al3+ is 1∶1,the dosage of ceric sulfate is 9 mL and the reaction time is 5 h.At the same time,the flocculation precipitation is carried out in the water of Yellow River.The result indicates that it has the good effect on wiping off the turbidity,chroma and COD,and the flocculating agent has good application value.
