我国社会弱势群体问题探析

An Analysis on the Problems of Vulnerable Groups in Our Society

从弱势群体的概念界定入手,讨论了我国弱势群体现状,从社会变迁的发生及影响和群体分化的形成与危机两个方面分析了我国当代社会弱势群体产生的背景。基于此提出建议:希望通过改革收入分配体系,完善法律制度,建立健全利益表达机制,健全社会保障体系,完善社会服务等措施,解决弱势群体问题。

Starting with the definition of the vulnerable groups,the paper discusses the present situation of vulnerable groups in our country.Then the background of vulnerable groups emerging in our modern society has been analyzed from two aspects： occurrence and influence of social vicissitudes,and the formation and crisis of groups differentiation.Based on this analysis,it is suggested that the problems of vulnerable groups should be solved by the following methods like reforming the wage and income distribution system,perfecting the legal system,establishing and improving the expression mechanism of interest,strengthening the social security system and promoting social service.
