摘要
我国的中小学校长培训始终存在着质量不高的问题。参加培训的中小学校长基本具备一定学校管理经验,培训过程中应重视校长们的参与,鼓励校长通过交流和互动来形成新内容,强调在培训阶段的反思,强调校长本身资源的利用和开发,从而在培训过程产生新的反思问题形成良性的循环过程。反思贯穿在培训过程的每一个环节中。
There are always problems in principals' training for a long time.The principals who take part in the training have some experience of school management.In the training we should pay attention to their particapation,encourage them to have some new contents by communication and interaction,focus on their reflection during the training,stress the utilization and development of themselves.Therefore new reflection can be produced and positive cycle formed.Reflection should be in every link of the training.
