The flaws of medical safety control in hospitals are the main causes of medical disputes besides other social factors.By considering systematic methods of medical safety control,this article discusses the following aspects of this system,such as its organization and institutions,hierarchy,and operation,especially focusing on processing of medical disputes,education on medical safety,and communications between doctors and patients,to establish and improve this ideally scientific and rigorous controlling system targets in ensuring medical safety.
