摘要
总结了近年来血液内科学的见习教学工作,形成如下体会:只有科室重视教学工作,根据学科特点,多种教学方法相结合,注重能力与素质培养,才能提高学生学习兴趣,增强临床技能。
The teaching work of these years is concluded as follows.Only when the department attaches importance to teaching,stresses cultivating students＇ ability and quality according to the characteristics of hematology and the combination of different teaching methods,can we enhance students＇ study interest and clinical practice skill.
