污水处理厂节能降耗区域性评价管理研究

The Regional Evaluation and Management on Energy-saving and Consumption-reduced in Wastewater Treatment Plant

污水处理厂节能降耗评价体系在污水处理厂监管、绩效评价中具有重要意义。根据已有评价体系提出了改进的、具有区域特色的评价指标及标准值体系;并应用于长治地区污水处理厂的绩效评价。结果显示,该指标体系能够较好地评价该地区不同水平的污水处理厂,且评价结果有助于改进其能效与物效。建议通过奖励与补贴等措施提升区域污水处理厂绩效。

The energy-saving evaluation system of wastewater treatment plant has great value in both supervision and performance evaluation.With synthesizing the existing evaluation system,the regional feature evaluation index and standardized system were put to apply and improve the performance evaluation in the wastewater treatment plant in Changzhi.The results indicated that this evaluation index can better evaluate wastewater treatment plants of different levels in the area.Besides,it can be used to improve the energy efficiency and materials efficiency of a wastewater treatment plant.Some management strategies such as rewards and subsidies are proposed to improve the wastewater treatment plants＇ performance.
