摘要
我国近年来推行的社区矫正改革总体进展不大。主要原因在于,我国现行社区矫正的执行体制存在严重缺陷,因此需要对其进行重大改革。
In recent years,the reforms on community correction have not achieved much progress.And the main reason lies in the flawed executing system of present community correction regulation.Therefore,a comprehensive reform is badly needed to be carried out.
