The ＂practicality＂ is not only a basic characteristic of Marxism,but also the important symbol of Marxism vitality.During the new period,on the basis of persisting the ＂practical＂ evaluation criterion of Marxism Sinicization,this article re-discusses and re-recognizes the necessity of this series of major issue＂the background of Marx and Engels’ planned economy theory,and its process from theory to practice,the future of development direction of economy construction of social system with Chinese characteristics.
