摘要
如何在不破坏水合物稳定性的前提下,对深水油气资源进行高效安全地开采,是摆在油气开发者面前最大的难题。通过对4种水泥及部分添加剂的水化放热进行室内研究,准确绘制水化放热曲线,找出了适合深水固井的低水化放热水泥及添加剂,并对混配水泥、混配促凝剂和深水固井所用的海水屏蔽剂和增强剂进行了水化放热试验研究,确定了深水固井的低水化放热基本配方,解决了深水水合物层固井中面临的困难。
How to produce deep-water oil and gas resources without destroying the stability of hydrates was the problem that the oil company should face to.Based on the study of the heat release of hydration of four kinds of cements and part of additives,a heat release curve of hydration was accurately plotted.A cement of low hydration and heat release and additives were found out.Experimental research was conducted on heat release of hydration of mixed cement,mixed coagulant,seawater shielding agent and reinforcing agent for deep-water cementing,the basic formula of low heat release of hydration is identified to solve the problem in deepwater cementing of hydrates.
