大学生自尊与主观幸福感相关研究

The correlative research of self-esteem and subjective happiness of college students

为探讨大学生自尊与主观幸福感的关系,我们采用《自尊量表》与《国际大学调查》对河南师范大学300名大学生进行调查,研究结果表明:(1)大学生自尊在文、理科学生之间,城、乡学生之间差异均不显著;在性别、是否班级干部之间差异显著。主观幸福感在文、理科学生之间,在性别、城乡、是否班干部之间差异显著。(2)大学生自尊与主观幸福感、总体满意度、具体满意度、积极情感呈显著的正相关,与消极情感呈显著的负相关。(3)主观幸福感中的具体满意度、消极情感以及人口统计学变量中是否班干部三个变量对自尊的预测作用最大,可联合解释自尊的22.6%。

To explore the relationship between self-esteem of college students and subjective happiness,we used the＂Self-Esteem Scale＂ and ＂International College Survey Questionnire＂ to investigate 300 college students in Henan Normal University.The results indicates：（1）There are no significant differences in self-esteem between students in the humanities and sciences,and between urban and rural students.While the differences between genders are significant and whether they are class cadres or not shows different levels of self-esteem.There are significant differences in self-esteem between the students majored in liberal arts and the students majored in science,between the students coming from urban area and the students coming from rural area.However,there are obvious differences in self-esteem between the male students and the female students or whether the students are class leaders.There are obvious differences in subjective happiness between the students majored in liberal arts and the students majored in science,there are also obvious differences whether the students are male or female,coming from cites or countryside and whether they are class leaders or not.（2） Self-esteem is positively correlated with subjective happiness,overall satisfaction,specific satisfaction,and positive effects,while it is negatively correlated with negative emotions.（3）specific satisfaction and negative emotions in subjective happiness and variables in human demography,among the three variables,whether class cadres or not can predict self-esteem at the greatest extent.And the three jointly interpret the 22.6% of self-esteem.
