摘要
采用填砂管试验对可动微凝胶分散体系的封堵性能及其影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,随着可动微凝胶浓度的增加,封堵强度变大,浓度大于500mg/kg即可形成有效的封堵;随着水化时间的增加,封堵能力逐渐增强,30d时封堵强度达到最大;随着填砂管渗透率的增加,封堵性能变差。体系的封堵能力与渗透率关联较强,粒径一定的体系在一定的渗透率范围内可产生有效封堵;在岩心中具有封堵、突破、深入、再封堵的逐级封堵调驱特性,具有较好的深部调驱效果。
The plugging property and affecting factors of the movable microgel dispersing system were studied by using sand packed tube.The results show that under the same experimental condition,the plugging property of the movable microgel increases with its concentration increase,its plugging strength increases when the its concentration exceeds 500mg/l;the plugging capacity of the system increases gradually with hydration time increase,and the plugging strength is maximal on the 30th day;the plugging property decreases with the permeability increase,its plugging property becomes poor with the permeability of sand packing tube increase,the plugging capacity is closely related with permeability,a certain size of the system can make effective plugging in a certain degree of permeability.The results show that the movable microgel has the properties of in-depth profile control step by step of plugging,breakthrough,deepening and plugging again in the core,and it has a good effect on in-depth profile control.
