新乡农村教育问题研究

A research on the problems of rural education in Xinxiang

新乡市农村经济社会的快速发展迫切需要大力发展农村教育,提升农村人口素质,整合教育和技能培训资源,加快培养有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民。1998~2008年十年间新乡的农村教育得到了长足发展,＂两基＂工作取得了历史性成就,广大农民素质显著提高,在工业化、城镇化和农业现代化进程中发挥了积极作用。本研究通过对1998~2008年十年间新乡市农村学龄人口、在校生规模、适龄人口入学率与辍学率、校均规模、生师比等指标的实证研究,总结与分析农村教育发展经验与现存问题,并对新形势下农村教育发展的路径进行探析。

The rapid development of rural economy and society in Xinxiang need urgently develop the rural education,increase the quality of rural population,integrate educational and skill training resources,cultivate a new type of peasant educated,skillful,and with business knowledge.The rural education in Xinxiang had made a great achievement from 1998 to 2008,i.e.successful Two-basic work,great increasing of quality of peasants,positive function in industrialization,urbanization,and rural modernization.Through an empirical research of rural school age population,the scale of students,the enrollment and dropout rate,average scale of rural school,student and teacher ratio from 1998 to 2008,this paper summarized the experience and existing problems of rural education development,and explored the routes of rural education development under new situation.
