湖南省职业教育中介组织现状与发展对策研究

The current situation and development strategy of vocational education agents in Hunan province

文章探讨了对湖南省职业教育中介组织存在的问题,如缺乏良好的规划与指导、专业性不强且权威性不高、社会认同性不高、管理不健全等,针对问题提出了发展湖南职业教育中介组织应该建立健全职业教育中介组织体系、完善职业教育中介组织的运行规则、提高服务水平与可持续发展水平等措施。

This paper explores the existing problems of vocational education agents in Hunan,such as the lack of planning and guidance,the poor professional and authoritative characters,the bad management,and so on.It also put forward some measures such as constructing the system of vocational education agents,perfect the running rules of agents,improve the service and promote sustainable development.
