论高职生职业神圣感的培育

On the cultivation of vocational sanctity of students in higher vocational colleges

职业神圣感是对自己将要从事或正在从事的职业的一种尊崇和敬重。培育高职生的职业神圣感,有利于他们更好地就业、乐业和建立事业。针对高职生群体中间缺乏职业认同感、存在职业失落感和职业世俗感的现状,应在思想政治课、就业指导和实训实习等层面,加强有针对性的职业神圣感教育。

Vocational sanctity is a kind of esteem and respect for the future and current vocation.The cultivation of vocational sanctity of students in higher vocational college would improve the future career of students.To solve the problems of the lack of vocational acceptance,and the existing of vocational sense of loss and worldliness,we should strengthen the education of vocational sanctity in the political courses,career guidance,and vocational practice.
